As Chief Design Officer at Spotto, I work across all parts of the business to create thoughtful software experiences that reduce the complexity of technologies like RFID, NFC and BLE. Spotto is a sensor agnostic platform for Connected Things and our goal is to build a powerful, while simple to setup platform that organisations of any size can hook into, adding all new asset visibility to their operations. 

RedBalloon (BRG)

Design Consultant

As a designer for the Big Red Group, I was tasked with improving the mobile user journey and ultimately assisting in conversion rate uplift of the RedBalloon consumer website. In my ten months supporting the team, we were successful in improving mobile conversion rate drastically by almost a percent. In addition to RedBalloon, I redesigned the core product experience of BRG’s Redii brand which empowers employers to reward their staff with RedBalloon experiences.

Sense Medical

Mobile Design Consultant

As a consultant for Sense Medical I provided Product and Visual Design expertise for their medical task management app ‘Cortex’ for iOS.  Cortex is currently embedded in various hospitals in New Zealand and has already yield a 20% reduction in length of stay and 12.5% reduction in readmission.



At Karbon I was tasked with marketing design tasks including, event materials and other marketing collateral. Inspired by fashion and objects of desire, the goal was to make accountants feel revered through great product that could improve their professional lives.


Marketing Designer

Xero is beautiful accounting software for small businesses. During my time as Marketing Designer at Xero I was charged with designing core parts of the user journey, collaborating with writers, data analysts and other designers to drive traffic and customer conversion. Key projects included redesigned high volume pages on and video education section ‘Xero TV.’


Junior Designer

Quite possibly the most provocative energy supplier in the world, Powershop challenges the energy industry by empowering customers to buy power from renewable sources, and purchase in new and convenient way to say time and money. At Powershop I was tasked with conceptualising Facebook apps and product graphics.
